At Dream Arcades® your satisfaction is important to us. All items sold can be returned for 30 days after purchase. All returns must be in new or like new condition and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Before returning any item please e-mail email@example.com to obtain an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the box. All arcade systems must be properly packed and shipped via an authorized shipper. Packages without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges including packing. Additionally shipping may include handling fees; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Dream Arcades® arcade systems, game unit kits, and accessories are designed to be used by experienced hobbyist. These units are not designed for commercial or extended home use. They have not be tested by the Underwriter's Laboratory and therefore, should not be left running unattended or for long periods of time. We have conducted limited internal testing on all products except accessories, however we take no responsibility for damages caused by improper use. These units are not ergonomically safe and should not be used for extended periods of time without a break.
By placing an order with Dream Arcades® Inc., a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated by this website. By placing an order at dreamarcades.com, by phone, or in person, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale and authorized Dream Arcades® to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. We reserve the right to replace any item or part with an equal or better product at our discretion.
Dream Arcades®, Inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, technical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Dream Arcades® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Dream Arcades® reserves the right to refund payment if an item is unavailable or on back order. Custom artwork design, printing, and, or installation fees are non-refundable. Artwork includes up to 1 inch bleed, so we cannot guarantee the exact placement of artwork on the arcade. Please contact Dream Arcades before printing any artwork to allow us to verify its size and design. You, the customer are responsible for determining usage rights, or obtaining clearance for any artwork supplied to Dream Arcades whether submitted directly, or by an agent, or third party.
Shipping rates may not be valid for rural areas or destinations considered beyond points by our shipper. In the event that an item cannot be shipped for the shipping fee collected Dream Arcades® will offer the customer the option of paying an additional shipping fee or a provide complete refund. Delivery does not include inside delivery or setup of our arcade systems. Drivers will not deliver up stairs or to any location they deem unsafe. Delivery is normally made to a garage or front door. Driver has the option of delivering just inside or outside the front door. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe movement of the arcade after delivery.
You agree that any legal action brought against Dream Arcades®, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the dreamarcades.com sites, or orders made by phone or in person, shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Sacramento county, California. Neither party will be responsible or held liable for any consequential, special, or incidental losses or damages.
All items are shipped FOB Dream Arcade's® facilities (Rancho Cordova CA). The customer MUST open and inspect our arcade systems before signing for the delivery. In the event that any of our arcade systems or kits arrive damaged the customer must note the damage on the air bill, next to the customer's signature. Additionally, in the event of a damaged shipment the customer must open a claim with the shipper within 1 business day and cooperate with the claim process in a timely manner. Unless otherwise stated all items come with a 90 day warranty (arcade machines incluide a 1-year, non-onsite warranty). Full warranty terms are included with purchase, or available upon request.
Dream Arcades neither guarantees nor licenses, and expressly disclaims any endorsement of, the usability or suitability of its arcade products for any purposes other than personal, in-home use, unless such other uses are expressly specified and agreed upon in a written and signed document by an authorized representative of Dream Arcades.
Dream Arcades is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our online reviews. In order to ensure their authenticity and accuracy, we have established the following policies: We actively promote and encourage genuine customer reviews while implementing safeguards to protect their authenticity and accuracy. We may occasionally offer promotions, but we explicitly prohibit providing rewards in exchange for reviews. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that we are unable to verify, whether positive or negative. We may cross-post customer reviews to other platforms to broaden their visibility. We do not alter the content of reviews, except to correct the spelling or capitalization of our company name, "Dream Arcades," or for customer privacy, if necessary.
